Blood, sweat and tears make up the beginning of this new ad from mcgarrybowen for Boddingtons.
Director Daniel Kleinman artistically portrays the cyclist's struggle then comically subverts it so that we hear Northern lass Melanie Sykes instruct her overweight tuk tuk driver to 'Giddy up' and get her to the pub in time for last orders.
The spot recalls the brand's iconic ad, Athlete (below), that also featured the Lancashire born TV presenter - it's almost as though no time has passed!
