Foam Studios imagine what a car would do if it had true AI autonomy in a fun new short film.

This AI car, rendered in stark CGI, is named Autonomous Rolf, and spends the advert trying to do what humans do (sit on benches, relax on balconies) and a few things only cars can do like spin round a lamppost by its wheel arches or letting out balloons from its trunk, all set to a cover of Tom Jones' It's Not Unusual by virtual Japanese pop sensation Hatsune Miku.

The studio has also released an 'interview' with the car, that I'm sure a copywriter somewhere is very proud of, being full of such futurespeak as 'everything has always been happily emancipated from function. Same counts for machines. Causal chains are yet another striking invention of the human mind.'
