French advertising agency BETC Paris has announced a raft of creative appointments with the arrival of three new creative teams. Joining the agency is: Alexis Benoit, Stephan Schwarz & Jacques Decazes, David Derouet and Axel Orliac & Laurent Dravet.

Prior to joining BETC, where he will be teaming up with senior art director/creative director, Eric Astorgue, Benoit spent time at agencies like CLM BBDO, DDB Paris and Deutsch Los Angeles.

Senior copywriter Schwarz & senior art director Decazes began their creative partnership at Change. Together, they then moved to Herezie, before returning to Change as digital creative heads. Their work has earned them accolades at the Cristal Festival (Bronze) and at Awwwards.

While Derouet started his advertising career at Y&R Paris, before working at devarrieuxvillaret, BBDP&Fils, V/DDB Paris, and Australie. At BETC, Derouet will work alongside copywriter Adrian Skenderovic. He received a Gold for Water Talks and Bronze for Abbe Pierre Foundation at Cannes Lions.

Senior Creatives Orliac & Dravet have gained experience at several advertising agencies, like TBWAParis, Leo Burnett Paris, CLM BBDO Paris, Publicis Conseil and Y&R Paris. They were named Best Young Creatives in 2000 by French ad trade magazine Stratégies. And their work has earned them more than thirty international prizes, such as four awards at the Cannes Lions festival.
