Publicis London and UBS tap into the questions that go through career women's minds in their International Women's Day spot.

For their Driving Change Through Diversity spot, Publicis combine these anxious questions, such as 'am I too bossy?' and 'did I only get the job because I'm a women' in black on a stark white background with a song called Free Me, in which singer Joss Stone sings of being liberated from such worries and pressures. Then, towards the end of the 90-second video, UBS unveil their slogan for the ad, 'for some of life's questions you are not alone. Together we can find an answer.'

UBS CMO Johan Jervøe said of their choice to make an International Women's Day ad, 'we chose to focus the campaign on women because it is important for us to communicate directly to our female clients... UBS is committed to further increase diversity - not only because it is the right thing to do, but also because it is key to achieving our goals.”
