Gabriella von Seth, head of sales and marketing at Stockholm production company Social Club has got this work/life balance thing down to a fine art: in between creative meetings and clearing her inbox, you'll find her meandering and musing on educational podcasts, working up a sweat in a lunchtime workout or catching some mid-afternoon zzzz's meditating on the company couch.

.39: Trying to get fully awake with fierce lipstick and and an interesting monologue in my ear buds on my morning walk to work. It's an interview with a rhetorical consultant that says that in the first three minutes of a speech the audience don’t hear the speaker, but are only watching and observing him/her. Three minutes! I thought it was only 30 seconds…  Mulling over this, dreaming of a new wardrobe, and WTF - three minutes is as long as I cook my eggs! Already planning on showing non-dialogue reels for the first three min in my next presentation. Morning walks.. Morning thoughts…

.45: Our animators Major Briggs showing off.

.05: Lunch with Social Club's owners at our regular place around the corner. Love these two veterans. It's a very creative meeting going from high to low - planning strategic moves for newly recruited directors while also discussing drinks selection on our upcoming party.

.15: A quick but hard and sweaty workout with our producer Sara.

.30: Revamping old commercials with new added voice at the sound studio. Everything went smoothly. The guy you see in the picture is a total pro.

.12: All Social Clubbers have their individual taste when it comes to coffee.

.17: Messy desk, but a clear mind. Now handling my inbox and calendar.

.55: These couches are used for many things, at this moment two of us are trying to wind down (meditating) while the other two are cranking things up with Fifa.

.21: Blackboard update. Yes, I know I’m short but I get the job done.

.36: Hasta la vista, office!

.52: My man fixes mushroom pasta, wine and raw liquorice in combination with two episodes of Game of Thrones.

.12: We call it a night. But I sneak out of bed to watch another episode while he is sleeping. No wonder I'm so tired in the morning...
