Leadership adjustment at Pereira & O’Dell

San Francisco-based agency Pereira & O’Dell has promoted Rob Lambrechts (right) and Jason Apaliski (left) to co-ECDS from their roles as creatives among other appointments. The pair are some of the agency’s first employees since the agency was founded in 2008.

Ryan Toland has also been named director of clients services while Henry Arlander has become the office’s first managing director – both of whom were originally co-directors of client services.

The new leadership will help the agency to respond to its expanding roster of clients.
