If you've got kids who have a special, stuffed animal friend, or if you ever were one of those kids, then you know that losing a favourite cuddly toy is a disaster of epic proportions. Now, Saatchi & Saatchi London and Richmond sausages has created a way to avoid such a scenario.
You know what it's like; tears, screams, snot and uncontrollable rage. And that's just a normal day with a young child, so imagine the devastation wreaked by the loss of a foam-stuffed, albeit genuine friend.
Well, now you don't have to because Richmond has introdcued Sausages & Chip, a new campaign to help parents locate lost toys. The campaign centres on the extreme lengths to which parents will go to bond with their children and draws on the emotional ties between children and their prized toys.
As part of the campaign Richmond and Saatchi's have developed a toy-tracking microchip, which will be available through on-pack giveaways, that can be attached to toys to enable the tracking of their whereabouts using an app that can be downloaded to a parent’s phone.
