Markley joins Splice

Minneapolis-based award-winning creative studio SPLICE has announced the continuation of its expansion with the appointment of VFX Artist Ryan Markley. During his career Markley has worked on features including Deliver Us from Evil, The Expendables, and The Mechanic. Well known in the VFX community, Markley’s stand-out work includes creating the title character in Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D and blowing up MacLaren’s Pub in How I Met Your Mother. Markley has had tenures at Worldwide FX in Louisiana, Scoundrel VFX, as well as working on theme park media and augmented reality at Falcon’s Digital.
