This latest CANAL+ spot sees classic bible tale Noah's Ark reworked with a comedic twist to celebrate the broadcaster’s talented screenwriters and original programming.

Opening on a scene set 15 minutes before the epic storm causes the famous flood, we're taken inside the Ark to where God is telling Noah that he's managed to forget the unicorns. Dashing off to make amends he rounds up the animals, but what comes next is totally unexpected.

"The most complicated part of making the film was the kind of epic discussions we had about what a pair of Unicorn b***s actually look like, because obviously no one has ever seen them," reveals Stéphane Xiberras, the executive creative director behind the new work. "We thought of putting stars there, or little furry things. We ended up opting for a bit of sobriety. Well, a sort of sobriety at least…”

The ad was created by BETC Paris with top production from Soixante Quinze. Matthijs van Heijningen is the director behind the spot having overseen successful campaigns for the channel in the past including The Bear and The Closet.
