Dallas-based production company Sugar Films has announced the opening of a new office in Santa Monica. As part of its California expansion, Sugar’s expansion also includes the addition of highly regarded West Coast rep Michel Black Waxman of MBW Represents, Mid West rep Joanna Miller of KK Reps and former EP of Anonymous Content and Propaganda; Andy Traines as West Coast consultant to handle West Coast development and marketing.
