Black Sheep Charity Grants is a scheme which offers agency applicants at BBH London the chance to create a campaign for a charity of their choice with the winner awarded between £5K - £15K budget to create their own film for a good cause.

When young assistant producer David Lynch stumbled over an email last year and entered the competition with his idea for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) he says it took about five minutes before he could speak through the shock.

A year on and above is the resulting piece, a poignant film warning of the alarming statistics about the deaths in young people due to unexpected cardiac arrests from undiagnosed heart conditions. It is the first ever advertising campaign for the charity and was launched yesterday during a Parliamentary reception at the House Of Commons and Lynch enlisted the help of Park Pictures director AG Rojas to bring his vision to life as well as a host of other industry talent.

Look out for an interview with Lynch, who attended the launch at the House of Commons yesterday, on shots soon.
