Fathom Communications has signed Bob Rakzka and Mark Wiegard to its Chicago B-to-B creative team. Rakzka takes on the role of associate creative director/writer and Wiegard as associate creative director/art director. In their newly created positions, Rakzka's responsibilities will include creating and co-managing marketing campaigns from concept to completion, whereas Wiegard will create and oversee campaigns for Navistar brands such as International Truck and Monaco RV.
