Design-driven creative company Brand New School (BNS) welcomes Zack Kortright as Head of Business Development, Executive Producer, and Partner.
Kortright’s focus is enhancing client experience on both the direct to brand front as well as in the agency space, fostering engagements with BNS as a place where brands come to be authentic, challenge conformity and stand out from the crowd.
“My mission is to build relationships and create authentic connections with people,” says Kortright. “Brand New School is a true source of originality, a creative playground where talent is nurtured. We believe the world needs more originality, and that happens when an organization is committed to empowering people to bring their ideas, perspectives, and voices to the table.”
Kortright joins BNS from The Mill, where he was an Executive Producer and Head of Brand Partnerships. Before his tenure at The Mill, Kortright was an Executive Producer and Head of Business Development with Hornet. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with brands such as Amazon, Facebook, Google, Squarespace and Spotify via roles at The Mill, Hornet, Passion Pictures, and Not to Scale. Kortright’s work has garnered recognition from Cannes Lions, SXSW, Sundance, AICP, CLIO, and The One Show.
Kortright adds, “One of the things I love about BNS is that despite their well-documented reputation and successes, they are still so actively engaged in looking to the future. There’s an evolution happening here, born from a commitment to strategic thought, planning, and action.”
Brand New School Founder Jonathan Notaro says, “Zack’s client relationships reflect the progression of our business, he is deeply connected to brands and agencies, and committed to building diverse, visionary environments. He’s a new school thinker who brings a sense of excitement to everything he does.”
Brand New School’s recent work includes projects for Slack, RayBan, Snap, Google, Facebook, and Adobe.
