Ever since Denis Leary first sang of a drunk driver's heinous exploits, assholes have been a solid staple in an advertiser's arsenal to make a humorous point with a punch.
Well, Johannes Leonardo can add another class jackass to the pile with the guy from Those Guys, the agency's hilarious new commercial for Volkswagen's in-built safety features.
Following a brazen buffoon as he stumbles through life without a care in the world, SMUGGLER director Bjorn Ruhmann's film does a fantastic job of setting up the final pay-off - that VW's will even stop for dickheads - whilst giving us a laugh along the way.
