For Children’s Day in Brazil, mobile network Vivo has launched this touching animated story in collaboration with Africa Creative, which encourages parents to put their screens aside.
Directed by Gutto Azevedo through Boiler Filmes, with animation and AI production by Misideal, the film brings a little girl’s drawings to life, telling a heartwarming tale of a dragon who finds comfort in the warm cuddle of a star after losing his ability to breathe fire.
The story ends with a tender live-action scene as the camera pans out to reveal the mother's phone is out of reach, in another room, reminding parents to be fully present in the moments they share with their children.
