Uncommon's Dirty Protest is the shit
In a global initiative by Clean Ocean (Rent Hav), Ocean Sewage Alliance and Renasys, created by Uncommon Creative Studio, the public is given the opportunity to write to politicians about the dangers of sewage pollution... in a specially designed ink derived from drain pipes.

Writing a letter to your MP can be a decent spark for change, but the printed word sometimes doesn't deliver the impact of a well-timed action.
Thankfully, with its Dirty Protest campaign, Uncommon Creative Studio has managed to combine the two, allowing members of the public to write a letter to politicians that not only expresses the concerns of excessive sewage pollution in our oceans, but signs it with the very subject of concern... namely, shit.
Created in collaboration with Clean Ocean (Rent Hav), Ocean Sewage Alliance, and Renasys, the activation plays on the silly-but-punchy premise that a poop-stained correspondence is likely to get noticed; a point made real by having Pernille Weiss, Member of the European Parliament and Chairwoman of the Water Group, as the first person to sign the petition.
