Premiere bicoastal editing and finishing studio jumP adds audio to their offerings with the launch of the new Thunder Sound at jumP’s Los Angeles facility. The state-of-the-art mixing studio emerges out of a new partnership with legendary mixer and Thunder founder Art Wright.

The new Thunder Sound will continue providing clients with excellent service and high quality mixing, recording and sound design for everything from commercials to film and television.  After more than two decades in the industry, mixer Art Wright is a seasoned professional with creative vision, technical skill and an arsenal of tools to make it all happen.

Thunder is hosted at jumP Editorial’s Blackwelder property located in Culver City’s Arts District. The state-of-the-art studio was specially designed with intense attention to detail both acoustically and aesthetically, as Art wanted this space to be reminiscent of his last studio while taking it to a whole new level. The modern space features a spacious client area, large recording booth, Hi Def video playback on a 60” monitor, 5.1 Surround mixing, ISDN lines and a huge SFX library.  Clients will enjoy the comfortable amenities at jumP’s expansive facility, with a full kitchen and client services, an outdoor patio, and plenty of easy parking.

Thunder was the natural choice for an audio partner for jumP, with both companies boasting the top creative talent that has established them as leaders of their respective arenas.  jumP’s bicoastal company roster includes partner/editors: Luis Moreno, Michael Saia; editors: David Trachtenberg, Lin Polito, Patrick Griffin, Adrianna Merlucci, Richard Cooperman, Troy Mercury, David Johnston, Justin Tolley; and executive producers Alexandra Leal and Betsy Beale.  The exciting partnership sees a force of renowned talents unite to offer each of its clients award-winning editorial and sound work all under one roof.
