They're back! And, like with all good, long-running comedy series, they're taking the gand on holiday...
Fresh from busting Axel Foley out of retirement for Netflix, SMUGGLER's Mark Molloy has returned to the directing chair for Apple's endlessly endearing (and enduring) Underdogs series; this time exploring the OOO (Out Of Office) possibilities of the giant's sleek devices.
Set on a quest by an entertainingly noxious Chad (aka McLovin actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse), Molloy's scrappy heroes have to take to the streets of Thailand to find a new factory for their packaging, utilising the mystical powers of Mac, iPhone, iPad, and, for the first time, Vision Pro, in the process.
As always, the film, from Apple's in-house agency, seamlessly weaves impressive product demos into an engaging narrative. We just wish the plucky yet panicked heroes could catch a break once in a while!
