Director Greg Hackett's new spot for the Royal Navy, Submariners, is a partly-redacted look at the life of a recruit aboard a nuclear sub.
Created by Engine London and shot via Spindle, the 60-second spot features a man from Teeside who goes from washing pub windows to working on a submarine. The spot focusses on the secret nature of the work the recruits undertake and features amazing land and seascapes sitting alongside redacted elements, with pixilated and blacked out sections of the film highlighting the sensitive nature of much of the Royal Navy's work.
