The Mercedes-Benz game quiz super-celeb extravaganza show time!

A comedy of errors highlights high production value and deadpan delivery in this fashion-first gameshow of goofs and gaffs. 

Truly putting the “mock” in mockumentary, host Mawaan Rizwan is set a monumental task as he’s given only half the tools he needs to actually moderate the show. Adut Akech is no help at all, looking wonderful in a voluminous green gown, and the three participants are equal parts droll and frustrated by the whole ordeal. As Rizwan scrambles to keep the guests and even his assistant in order on Adut Akech’s Mercedes-Benz Supermodel Fashion Statement, the show abruptly ends and everyone decides well...that’s enough of that. 

With fun details and excellent fashion (Rizwan’s nails perfectly match his suit and I would like to insist I know the name of his tailor), Mercedes-Benz’s new fashion gameshow doesn’t take itself too seriously and is all the better for it. Isaac Lock of SomeSuch directed the piece, with appearances from a star-studded supporting cast including Josephine Jones, Bel Powley, Tim Dessaint, Nicholas Galitzine, and Michael Halpern.
