Tango Production and Dynamo Film have joined forces in a strategic partnership, bringing together two of Poland’s established production teams to offer agencies and brands greater flexibility, scale and production expertise.

The partnership comes at a time when commercial production is evolving rapidly, with increasingly complex briefs, tighter budgets and emerging technologies demanding production partners who can move quickly, think differently and scale intelligently.

For Tango, the answer was not simply to get bigger, but to find the right partner. Having built a strong relationship with Dynamo over many years, the two companies recognised a natural alignment in their approach, ambition and vision for the future.

“We’ve known and respected Dynamo for decades, so this isn’t a partnership that has come out of nowhere,” says Julia Bidakowska-Andren, Head of Production / Partner at Tango. “There has always been a mutual understanding between the companies and, when we started talking seriously about the future, it became clear that we were better and stronger together.”

Maciek Maciantowicz, CEO / Executive Producer at Dynamo, says: “We’ve known each other for years and, even when we were competing, it was always fair and always with real respect. This partnership grew out of that. Tango brings international relationships and years of trust built with productions, agencies, directors and brands around the world; Dynamo brings the production engine: experienced crews, premium equipment, our own studio and full post-production / AI under one roof. “For clients, that means one partner in Poland who can carry a project from first brief to final frame - the intimacy of a boutique with the capacity of a large-scale operation. Our ambition is to make that the natural choice for the most demanding productions coming to the region.”

Tango will retain its distinctive boutique approach, with the close, personal relationships and hands-on production that clients have come to expect. The partnership with Dynamo adds significantly greater production infrastructure and resources, allowing Tango to take on larger and more complex projects while remaining nimble enough to deliver smaller productions with the same level of care.

The combined operation also offers greater cost efficiencies and more competitive bidding, with production packages built around the individual brief and budget rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

“The ambition isn’t to lose the personality of Tango,” says Bidakowska-Andren. “It’s the opposite. We want to keep that personal, responsive way of working, but give our clients access to a much bigger production engine.”

The partnership expands Tango’s capabilities through access to experienced production teams, studio facilities, premium camera equipment and dedicated post-production resources. Projects can be scaled up or down efficiently, with teams and resources tailored to the specific requirements of each brief.

From highly crafted tabletop and character work to large-scale live action, the combined infrastructure provides the flexibility to approach every production on its own terms. Clients also gain access to specialist crews, full-service post-production and emerging technologies, including AI integration, through a streamlined production workflow.

At its core, the partnership brings together two senior production teams with complementary experience and perspectives, creating a broader creative and technical network for clients.

“This is about creating more possibilities,” says Bidakowska-Andren. “More creative ambition, more technical expertise and more flexibility in how we approach a brief. We can now offer the intimacy of a boutique company with the capabilities of a much larger operation.”

The partnership marks a new chapter for Tango Production and Dynamo, combining decades of experience with a forward-looking approach to commercial production and creating a more agile, scalable production offering for clients working across Poland and internationally.
