As the song says, ‘we all love to be beside the seaside,’ and, despite the fact that humankind is busy turning our oceans into toxic, plastic-choked dumpsters, the call of the sea is strong. 

This heart-warming campaign comprises five films, produced by Just So, in which six speakers, whose lives have revolved around the sea, chat to an audience settled by the fire, supping whisky at a unique pop-up – The Wilderness Bar – on the gorgeous north Devon coast. 

Storytellers include Tom Kay, who in Building a Brand for The Sea, relates how the shipping news inspired him to create his sustainable clothing and surf wear brand Finisterre. Other speakers include Kate Rew, who founded The Outdoor Swimming Society, and cross-Atlantic endurance rower, Laura Try.
