The Sleep Can Wait campaign marks the first collaboration between BETC/Paris (CANAL+’s long-standing partner) and DSTV channel Supersport, which is showing all 104 matches of the Tournament live around the clock.
Shot in Cape Town by director Jabu Nadia Newman, in collaboration with South African production teams, the colourful hero film features a range of ridiculous sleep scenarios – office workers slumber across water coolers, drivers are spark out on zebra crossings and market stall traders snore away.
This historic edition of the World Cup will feature a record participation of 10 African teams.
