Young director Jan Dybus has created this vibrant and energetic spot, through Papaya, for streetwear retailer Sizeer, as part of the production company's New Directors Competition.
The film opens on a dark, moonlit night, as a young woman apprehensively enters a building, where she will participate in the Multiverse Tag Challenge. A multidimensional tag tournament ensues, stylishly combining live action footage with dashes of VFX to see players switching outfits, gaining gaming superpowers, and transforming into retro, pixelated characters.
Dybus said: “Our goal was to create a visually stunning and engaging campaign that would capture the spirit of Sizeer and appeal to Gen Z, its target audience. We wanted to showcase the limitless potential of the multiverse and highlight how fashion can be a powerful tool for self-expression and creativity.”
