Sharjah Book Authority judges a book by its cover

Egyptian director Maged Nassar has created this entrancing black and whited animation with a unique illustration style for the Arabian literary organisation Sharjah Book Authority, which specialises in publishing, printing, and book translation. 

With clever transitions and a playful soundtrack, the film, titled Best Seller, showcases the plethora of choices authors and publishers must make when creating a book. From hard or soft cover, to which typeface to use, a voiceover explains the importance of taking these decisions into careful consideration when bringing a novel to life.
