Created by FCB Health Brasil and directed by Paulo Garcia through Zombie Studios, this beautifully crafted animation relates the story of a little girl’s culinary journey into health care.
Malu is first shown as a sad and lonely child who is cheered up by a nutritional bit of affection from the school cook. As her life of loving food progresses, the film shows how she pays this act of kindness forward as an adult nutritionist serving up meals with loving care to her charges.
The film ends with the lines ‘bonded by love, connected by nutrition’.
"Nutritionists play an essential role in patients' recovery. We sought to make a tribute that would recognise this, through the emotional link that nutritionists create with people," explained Juliana Bortali, from Nestlé Health Science.
"The script is very poetic; a kind of Proustian exploration of our emotional memory of food," added Mauro Arruda, ECD and Co-Managing Director of FCB Health Brasil.
