In a ground-breaking move from a car company, Renault’s message in the new campaign, created by Publicis Conseil, is simply Don’t Use It.
In an attempt to help battle the ever-pressing effects of the climate emergency, the automotive brand have taken to their new commercial to encourage their drivers not to use their cars for every single journey.
The spot, directed by Natanaël Ericsson through Diplomats, follows three different household scenarios and, for each one, shows a greener alternative to taking out the car.
The film anticipates the new French Mobility Orientation Law, which aims to reduce the number of cars used for daily journeys and invest more money into alternative transportation.
