Good news for all young international filmmakers who still want to apply for the Porsche Awards: The deadline for submitting competition entries has been extended until 31 January 2024. Entries can be submitted online via the Porsche Awards website at www.porsche-awards.com.

In addition to the film entries from all over the world, the jury for the 20th and final edition of the competition will once again exude international flair.

This year it consists of (in alphabetical order):

  • Bernd Faass, Director, Berlin
  • Oliver Hoffmann, Director of Marketing Communications, Porsche AG, Stuttgart
  • Daniel Huntley, News Editor, shots, London
  • Julie Michelin, Executive Producer, Blue, Paris
  • Koby Adom, Director, London
  • Marjorieth Sanmartin, Chief Creative Officer, Philipp und Keuntje, Hamburg
  • Lyndy Stout, Editor, 1.4, London

From all entries, the jury will once again nominate twelve advertising films in three categories (Short Advertising Content, Long Advertising Content, Driven by Dreams) for the final selection.

The awards ceremony on 11 April 2024 at Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg (FABW) will be hosted by the well-known journalist and presenter Kimsy von Reischach, who lived in New York for several years and worked for the music channel MTV, among others.

The anniversary edition of the Porsche Awards also marks the culmination of over 20 years of successful partnership between the FABW as organiser and Porsche AG as main sponsor. During this time, not only have up-and-coming talents been supported, but the creative landscape of the advertising film industry has also been sustainably shaped.

The Porsche Awards are aimed at students or young professionals who have been working in the market for less than two years. One winning film is honoured in each award category. The three successful teams each receive a trophy and prize money of €4,911 a nod to the iconic Porsche 911 sports car.
