tenthree, the London based edit house, announces the appointment of editor Peter Brandt for UK representation.

Brandt joins tenthree bringing a deep bedrock of storytelling craft, a broad commercial résumé, and a collaborative approach to nurturing creative partnerships.

“Peter’s work always places story and rhythm front and centre,” said Ed Hoadley, managing director at tenthree. “He has a rare ability to shape standout commercial storytelling, and his presence will strengthen the creative offer we bring to directors, agencies and production companies across the UK.”

Brandt is an editor working primarily across commercials and branded content, with extensive experience collaborating with directors, agencies and production companies internationally. His 20 plus feature films have honed a precise sense of pacing, performance and emotional clarity, skills he applies to every project, from global campaigns to intimate brand films.

“What really drew me to tenthree was the people,” said Brandt. “From the first conversations there was a warm, generous spirit, genuinely lovely people who care deeply about the work and about each other. There’s a cosy, collaborative atmosphere that feels both creatively energising and personally grounding. I’m excited to build momentum here, strengthen creative partnerships and push narrative craft within commercial work.”

Highlights from Brandt's career include international campaigns for major brands and involvement in high‑profile projects recognised for their craft and impact. He was part of the team behind Volvo’s celebrated Epic Split film featuring Jean‑Claude Van Damme, a global campaign that gained widespread recognition and awards for its inventive execution. As he begins his work with tenthree, Brandt will focus on expanding commercial relationships, exploring new formats and contributing to a supportive environment for emerging talent.

“We’re excited to welcome Peter to tenthree,” added Hoadley. “His commitment to craft and desire to keep evolving aligns perfectly with our ongoing mission to combine technical excellence with generous collaboration.”
