Park MGM showcases why It Could Only Happen Here film narrated by Jason Schwartzman
Spot directed by MJZ's Fredrik Bond.
If you’ve been to one Las Vegas resort, you’ve been to them all, right?
Not true when it comes to Park MGM, the newest destination on The Strip offering anything but a one-dimensional, one-note experience. Which is what makes it so unstoppably engaging.
To showcase all this, the film, directed by renowned MJZ filmmaker Fredrik Bond and voiced by cult hero actor Jason Schwartzman, takes viewers on a wild, ever-changing, seriously entertaining ride through one evening at PARK MGM. At every turn, we discover another surprising, unexpected, delightful aspect of the property and the experiences that could happen only there. Designed to appeal to an increasingly harder-to-please audience, we see that Park MGM represents a carefully curated yet wildly diverse selection of offerings.

A Roy Choi Korean street food restaurant hides behind a bodega that’s next door to a mezcal bar featuring animal-shaped slot machines. A nightclub disguised as a record shop contains decade-specific karaoke rooms, a speakeasy, a hidden burlesque stage, and a double decker bus housing a bar and DJ booth on the patio. The food hall here is Eataly. The NoMad restaurant and bar feels like a library, which is just steps from Park Theater, the home of Lady Gaga and Aerosmith’s Las Vegas residencies.
The campaign, It Could Only Happen Here, launched on local TV in LA and will also be running in NY, as well as national online video. We’ll continue telling the Park MGM story by peeling back the layers of the experience in print, OOH and radio.
There’s simply no other property in Las Vegas that could bring all of this together in one night, in one place. Which is why we say, it could only happen here, at Park MGM.
