What's the song you've listened to most during this isolation period?

Happy by Pharrell Williams, the Cousin Cole Reggae Mix. Cousin Cole is an incredibly talented producer and, back in the day, I used to interview up-and-coming artists/producers for an online music blog called 1985 artists, which I loved, and this is still one of my favourite remixes/edits. One I am always seeking out and has become a part of my DJ style and aestheticl this just puts the biggest smile on my face and brings me back to the present moment if my anxiety or over thinking brain goes into overdrive which, living on my own and having been home now for two months, is very much needed.

What track always gets you on the dance floor?

Azelia Banks, 212. To me it crosses so many styles and is still so fresh. It sounds like it could have been released in the last few months, and anytime I drop it into one of my sets people go wild for it.

What's your 'guilty pleasure' track?

Giant, by Calvin Harris & Rag n’Bone Man. A feel good, upbeat emotive song that just elevates my mood and that happiness inside when I hear it.

What song always makes you turn off the stereo when it comes on?

Anything by Adele. I am not sure why as she’s an incredibly talented artist and has such a powerful voice, but I find her music too depressing and downbeat for my liking.

We can't go out right now, but when we're finally allowed to head out for a night on the town, what track will you listen to while you're getting ready?

I Follow Rivers, by Lykke Li (The Magician Remix). Another timeless classic that just puts a spring in my step and gets me in the mood if am a bit tired. It's a come together, feel good track that I can happily dance around my living room to, and it gives me so much energy and gets me into that 'night on the town' mode, which doesn’t happen that much these days since I don’t really drink and most of my nights out are now DJing and entertaining others. But this makes me feel alive, and of my friends and coming together, and will definitely get me out the door with a spring in my step.
