The NSPCC have revealed that the number of crimes with an element of child sexual exploitation has increased by 10% within the last year – an average of 48 offences a day.

In response to these frightening statistics, the charity has launched The Full Story campaign in collaboration with agency Client Direct, and directed by Theo James Krekis through Knucklehead

The initiative consists of is a series of short but powerful films showing different scenarios of sexual exploitation from the perspective of three young people; Soraya, Leah, and Kai, each story hauntingly taken from real Childline call.

The campaign and title, The Full Story, allude to the fact that victims of sexual abuse often have confusing and conflicting feelings towards the relationship, making it difficult for them to understand and reach out for help. It aims to encourage more children and teenagers at risk of, or suffering sexual exploitation to use Childline for immediate, confidential help.
