Nicos Livesey gives Apple some mighty claymation

A couple of years back, Apple got into a spot of hot water for suggesting that practical creativity could be squashed (quite literally) into a digital device. 

Thankfully, in the latest spot for the brand's Mac mini range, the only squishing to be seen is on some delightfully handcrafted claymation.

Presenting the new tech as The Mighty Mac mini, TBWA\Media Arts Lab has enlisted the animation prowess of Nicos Livesey to give its rigid box a glorious splash of character.

Shot through BLINKINK and Stoopid Buddy Stoodios, the film sees our shiny hero morph into a bodybuilder flexing its muscles, a race car built for speed, and a rocket blasting into the stratosphere for performance, all created through the painstaking process detailed in the accompanying BTS.
