Motorbikes and magic in Katy Perry's new promos

Katy Perry music videos, to accompany the tracks from her recently-released album, Smile, have been coming thick and fast.

Last week we featured the promo for Tucked and here are two more, for Harleys in Hawaii [above] and Cry About it Later [below]. The videos were produced by a variety directors from Partizan and are part of the Smile Video Series. They are stylistically varied, but all feature an animated appearance by Perry herself.

Sykosan wrote, directed and animated the video for Cry About it Later, creating a magical witch-dwelling world rendered in the style of 90s anime. Harleys in Hawaii and the aforementioned Tucked were both created by directing duo Hoku & Adam, with Harleys in Hawaii calling upon the vintage style of 1920s cartoons, following the story of two Hawaiian lovers running away with the help of an all-girl motorcycle gang.
