Morgan & Morgan, America’s largest personal injury law firm, announced that Andrew Pagonis has joined the firm as Vice President of Marketing, based in its Brooklyn operations office. In this new role, he will help lead the firm’s marketing efforts, leveraging data, technology and AI-driven innovation to elevate the Morgan & Morgan brand across national and digital channels.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Pagonis served as a founding marketer of Google’s consumer AI platform, Gemini. Andrew led go-to-market and product strategy for frontier model launches, video and image understanding, and the consumer subscription business. Previously, he held senior roles across Google Ads, Shopping, and Commerce, including the global launches of Google’s first AI-powered advertising products, bringing deep expertise across brand, growth, digital, and emerging technology.

Pagonis’s accomplishments have been recognised by Forbes, which named him to the 30 Under 30 in Marketing & Advertising list in 2023, celebrating his impact on the industry and commitment to innovation.

Morgan & Morgan’s Marketing and Operations Department, which consists of more than 150 people, is led by Chief Growth Officer Yehuda Apfelbaum. The scale of, and collaboration between  numerous teams, including Engineering, Creative, Social Media, Public Relations, Email Marketing and Operations, sets the firm apart in the legal industry. The firm’s marketing efforts span local and national media across a wide variety of outlets and channels, including traditional billboards and TV and radio commercials, as well as partnerships with WWE, UFC, Richard Childress Racing in NASCAR, professional sports teams in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, college teams and athletes, Barstool, creators, podcasters, and YouTubers.
