Milk & Honey Films welcomes Karsu Nalbantoglu
The award-winning director, creative producer and writer brings a versatile, cinematic voice shaped by culture and emotion.
Global production company Milk & Honey Films has signed Karsu Nalbantoglu, the Los Angeles-based director, photographer, and writer, to its international roster.
Known for her visually rich, emotionally grounded storytelling, Nalbantoglu explores themes of identity, culture, and human connection. Of Turkish American descent, her work blends cinematic craft with a strong character focus, creating stories that resonate across platforms.
Nalbantoglu’s work has long been sought-after and used to lift raw, energetic brands such as The North Face, ASICS and CORDURA. Her ability to capture realism frame-by-frame has also translated to long-form success, with her 2026 documentary Las Manos De Obra earning New York City’s Best Short Documentary at the Katra Film Series.
The signing marks a key moment for Milk & Honey Films, a global leader in production for over 30 years. In 2026, the company expanded into creative representation, building a roster of distinctive international directors.
Milk & Honey Executive Producer Paige Blankenship shared, "We feel like we’re bringing a Swiss Army Knife onto the roster with Karsu given her deep understanding for both social and docustyle content, her eye for design, and her ability to mix media in any campaign. Karsu is a hands-on director, so don’t be surprised if there is a stills camera in her hands on the set right next to the DP. I’m excited to be submitting her to both editorial and larger social campaigns.”
Nalbantoglu will be represented by Milk & Honey Films worldwide.
