Directed by Philip Fountain, Stories From Our Only Home paints a portrait of Michelin star chef Norbert Niederkofler, exploring his philosophies around people, produce and the planet, set to the background of his restaurant in the breathtaking landscape of the Dolomites.
Neiderkofler explains the importance of reconnecting with the land around us, looking for more sustainable ways of living, and returning to the techniques and traditions of our ancestors.
Crafting everything from start to finish, Media Monks shot the documentary series with a small crew and footprint that helped the film win an EMA Green Seal award for sustainable production. This involved looking for ways to make video production more environmentally friendly and reduce their ecological footprint.
