If there was one celebrity cameo combo we didn’t see coming, it was Megan Thee Stallion and Nickelback joining forces to bring back Cheetos’ Flamin’ Hot Pickle flavour.
Created by GUT Miami and directed by Dave Meyers through RadicalMedia, the chaotic hero film, titled Pickle's Back, opens with the rapper running out of her favourite snack on set and demanding her 'Pickle back'. Cue a gloriously stupid misunderstanding, as Nickelback rock up instead.
Playing on Stallion’s star power and Nickelback’s meme status, the knowingly ridiculous spot leans into its absurdity and devolves into a full-blown, Hollywood-style heist, with the artists teaming up to reclaim the snack in an epic sequence of truck chases and Cheetos dust explosions.
