Meet the first head judges for shots Awards EMEA 2026
Five creative leaders across agency, production and post have been announced, with the next wave of head judges to be revealed after the Early Bird deadline.

The shots Awards EMEA 2026 has announced its first five head judges, with category leaders from across agency, production and post set to oversee this year’s judging process.
Celebrating the best in advertising craft and creativity across the region, the awards recognise outstanding work across a range of disciplines, from concept and direction to editing, production design and new directing talent.
Leading the first five categories are:
Direction
Sherif Mounir – Director
Casting, Production Design and Styling
Warren Gray – Production Designer, Murtha Skouras Agency
Concept & Copywriting
Filipa Maurício – Creative Director, Leo & Publicis Luxe Switzerland
Editing
Rachael Spann – Editor, Shift Post
New Director
Poppy Manning – Chief Production Officer, OCX UK

These first five head judges will be joined by five more category leaders, who will be announced soon.
Entries are now open, covering work released between 1 September 2025 and 11 September 2026. The early bird deadline for entries is Friday July 31st, with the final deadline on September 11th. The shortlist will be announced during the week commencing October 15th.
The shots Awards EMEA 2026 winners ceremony will take place on November 18th.
