It's an impressive feat to take quite a dry subject - the future of construction - and turn it into an attention-grabbing spot, but with this piece for Marti, ELEMENT E might have just done it.
Captivating from the opening moments, mostly because of its instantly intriguing on-screen narrator, The Future takes us through some of the company's locations and innovations, our croaky guide present throughout.
The genius element to all of this is the subtle hint of humour; our protagonist's po-faced performance never flinching and momentary flights of fancy (a Mary Poppins-style impossible bag) making Bernd Faass' film simply captivating.
