independent, integrated, full-service marketing agency, Luquire, announces a future-forward restructuring, uniting and further integrating the content and public relations disciplines as one communications team.

To lead the charge, Luquire has promoted agency veteran Christina Rogers to Senior Director of Communications and appointed Kristen McMahon to Director of PR. Rogers will report to President of Luquire, Stephanie Spicer, with McMahon reporting to Rogers.

“For brands to meet and exceed goals today, their communication strategy and execution must be comprehensive and always-on. With the deeper collaboration enabled by this restructuring, we are better able to future-proof our clients’ marketing strategies with a fuller, more meaningful picture of the value and return on their owned and earned channel investment,” said Stephanie Spicer, President of Luquire. “I can’t think of two better people than Christina and Kristen to lead the charge behind this shift to deliver our clients measurable, meaningful results.”

Rogers steps into her new position after most recently serving as Director of Content for Luquire. During her tenure with the agency, she has ensured brand- elevating content reaches the right people, in the right ways, at the right times to further business objectives in meaningful ways. In this newly created role, Rogers will lead the team responsible for integrated communications strategy, planning and execution, including: PR and earned media planning, strategy and management; amplification and engagement strategy; website strategy and content; email strategy and content; social media strategy and content; and community management.

“This is truly a situation where the whole will be greater than the sum of its parts. These two disciplines are staffed with exceptional talent and equipped with industry-leading tools, and bringing them together will feed new ideation, collaboration and inspiration in ways we know, and ways we will discover together,” said Rogers. “I’m proud to work for an agency of authentic, unique individuals, all working together in shared values, highest standards, and joy in the work. I look forward to joining the executive team to build on our shared goals.”

In tandem, the agency has appointed Kristen McMahon as Director of Public Relations, in a newly created role. McMahon will lead and execute strategic public relations initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Honeywell, Simon Property Group, and Bojangles. McMahon brings nearly two decades of experience developing and activating public relations and marketing strategies for category-leading consumer and B2B brands, as well as executing thought leadership that drives company narratives. Previously, McMahon served as Senior Account Director at 160over90, where she moved the needle for brands including Subway, Marriott, and Jimmy John’s. Her efforts yielded honours for brands and agencies including accolades from PRWeek, Clio Sports, and the Shorty Awards, among others.

“I was immediately drawn to Luquire’s mission and values and look forward to mentoring and growing my new team,” said McMahon. “Through an earned-first mentality and strategic approach to communications, we will supercharge not only Luquire’s storytelling but our ability to leverage two-way conversations and audience insights in real-time and make data-driven decisions.”

The restructuring will further leverage the agency’s diverse skill sets and tools to tell better stories, personalise content marketing, deepen consumer trust, and build brand loyalty through a more holistic, always-on, strategic approach. Both executives begin in their new roles effective immediately.
