The Independent agency network, The&Partnership announce that the award-winning Creative Director and content creator, Kareem Shuhaibar will be joining the team as a part of the London creative department.

Shuhaibar joins the agency with 14 years of experience across a broad range of projects and agencies that span from Dubai to London and New York, on brands such as Coca-Cola, Smartwater, Hellmann’s, UN Women, Dove and Volkswagen. His work has been recognised by various awarding bodies, with three Gold Effies and nine Cannes Lions including the Middle East’s first Titanium Lions, for his viral campaign The Autocomplete Truth, spurred on by his discovery of global sexist Google search responses. His campaign for Hellmann’s The Restaurant With No Food also ended up being officially endorsed by the UN World Food Programme.

In addition to his creative career, Shuhaibar is a content creator with over 100,00 followers, disrupting the normal styling of food on Instagram with an audio driven approach that uses his mother’s recipe voice notes. His hire is part of The&Partnership’s mission to tap into the creator economy, with hybrid creative-creator roles and a team of native social creators within the creative department.

Shuhaibar will be bringing his creative smarts and passion for food together as Creative Director on KitchenAid, which the agency won at pitch late 2023, and Mars Food leading the integrated ‘kitchen’ model for the Ben’s Original, Dolmio and Seeds of Change brands.
