Morgan joined Sweetshop in 2011, helping launch the London office and establish it as one of the UK’s leading production companies. In that time, he has established strong relationships with leading agencies in the UK and Europe, matching talent to their creative needs and helping bring multiple award winning projects to life. Prior to Sweetshop, he worked for a variety of production companies from boutique UK-centric studios to larger multinational firms.

Justin said, “I feel incredibly fortunate to have been asked to steer our operations in the UK & Europe with Morgan who's been my valued colleague for seven years, and instrumental in the successful rise of the London office. I believe that our contrasting skill sets will perfectly compliment one another to give us a real 360 perspective in an ever evolving industry. I’m incredibly excited about the possibilities that lie ahead for us and the Sweetshop family.”

Morgan added, “It’s hugely exciting to take this new role at a time when the talent on our roster is so strong and the work Sweetshop is producing globally is the best it has ever been. Justin is an unbelievable producer - his ‘plan B’s have ‘plan B’s - and his depth of production experience on both sides of the fence puts us in the perfect position to seize new opportunities and create the best possible work.”

Wilf Sweetland, CEO of Sweetshop said, “With a combined 15 years of time with our London office, both Justin and Morgan have the Sweetshop culture engrained in their nature. We couldn’t be more excited to be going through this growth phase and seeing Justin and Morgan step up into leadership roles with the energy and the smarts necessary to grow throughout the region. It is an exciting time for us in London and we are thrilled to be able to promote from within our team.”
