Set in a not-too-distant future with a frightening post-apocalyptic vibe, the uncannily realistic short is a testament to Jovardi’s talent for pushing boundaries and the rapid advancements in AI filmmaking tools, such as Minimax, Kling, Runway and Luma.
Gambling, animal cruelty, mind-control, blood, gore, and prostitution are some of the delightful themes that feature in the just-under-6-minute film. Like all good horrors, it’s almost too disturbing to watch, but the arresting visuals and gripping story make it too intriguing to look away.
