Hugo Ramirez crafts Chocolate for RTL

Agency Rosapark invited Troublemakers animation studio and French animation director Hugo Ramirez to work on a very chocolaty film for the French popular radio station RTL. 

The film is an energetic mix media composition, presenting famous well known radio hosts, Laurent Ruquier, Flavie Flament, Michel Cymes & Julien Courbet in a colourful mix of live action, collage, 2D cel animation and 3D animation. 

The art direction is inspired by Ramirez’s love for dadaism and punk rock albums from the sex pistols. This director’s cut offers the full experience of his imagination, introducing each presenter in a pop art inspired design, defining the content of their own programs. 

This ad reveals a new side of the radio channel, connecting with a more dynamic and young audience, along with the tagline ‘the feel good radio’, hence the reference to the chocolate. Just enough to make you feel good!
