This heartwarming film, created by RAPP MENA for ApsaraPearl, explores the central themes of Ramadan - empathy and tolerance - through the eyes of two best friends.
The ad follows Fatima and Shirley, schoolgirls at an international academy in Dubai, who, despite their different backgrounds and cultures, spend all their time together hanging out, having fun, and occasionally getting in trouble for it. When Fatima tries to return Shirley’s missing lunchbox, she receives an unexpected gift that brings them even closer.
The film was directed by Samir Mallal and co-produced by Hanzo Films and Oceana Studios.
