Harry Styles has launched a brilliantly unusual music video for his new single Music for a Sushi Restaurant

The track, the third single released from his recent album Harry’s House, is a sushi lovers’ nightmare that was written and directed by Pulse Films' Aube Perrie.

In the promo we meet a half-fish-half-human version of Styles who is discovered washed up and unconscious on a beach. He is then transported to a restaurant where the plan, evidently, is to chop up this unexpected delicacy and serve him to paying customers. But, before that can happen, Styles saves his own skin by opening his mouth to share his beautiful singing voice.

So, instead of being served on their plates, Styles instead becomes the restaurant's star musical attraction as they turn the place into a venue called Gils Lounge. Styles becomes a primped and preened artist with a live band and shrimp-themed dancers, turning him into a musical attraction that everybody loves... until he loses his voice.

“It was great to work with Harry Styles and the team to create a story and character to bring this track to life with strong visuals that are as fun and magical as he is," said Perrie. "I encourage you all to make a reservation Gills Lounge immediately.”
