The extraordinarily watchable actor/singer Olly Alexander has just released his new track Dizzy, which is also the UK’s official entry for this year’s legendary Eurovision Song Contest.
Written by Alexander and electronic producer Danny L Harle, Dizzy describes that intoxicating rush to the head one feels with a new love and, with newly signed Stink UK director Colin Solal Cardo at the helm, the video brilliantly visualises the track’s emotions.
Alexander’s topsy turvy state is echoed by a cleverly designed set that spins about around him – as he writhes around in a state of lustful longing in strange spaces – a dingy bedroom, a bathtub and a surreal circular garden – that can hardly contain his passions.
