The new campaign toys around with cinematic reboots to promote the Goldfish cracker makeover.
In a new campaign from Saatchi & Saatchi, Goldfish Mega Bites is making its formal introduction with a “Bigger, Bolder, Cheesier” reboot, featuring the Savage Brothers.
Reboots are everywhere. And they’re often bigger, bolder, and cheesier than the original. The beloved Goldfish cracker was reimagined with a mature palette in mind that appeals to adult tastes, not just kids.
The campaign crashes today’s ever-present reboot culture, tapping childhood icons Fred and Ben Savage. Fred produced and directed the current reboot hit The Wonder Years and Ben starred in Boy Meet World’s Girl Meets World.
