Production company Giants & Toys is expanding southward and opening an office in Malmö.
The initiative will strengthen the company's presence in southern Sweden and create a clearer bridge to the Danish market.
The Malmö operation will be led by producer Mira Vonderburg, who will be responsible for Giants & Toys' local presence.
"We are already doing more and more productions in southern Sweden, so establishing ourselves in Malmö is a natural next step. We are extending the snow-free shooting season for the Swedish market while also moving closer to Copenhagen and the Danish market, but with Swedish production capacity and production advantages. Next month, we are doing a car campaign with a Danish agency, and that will mark the starting point. A cheaper and closer South Africa - Little Cape Town, quite simply!" says Tilde F Klinth, CEO of Giants & Toys.
